@marklevinshow, right all along re. Obama’s whereabouts during Benghazi. Krauthammer agrees

“I think there is a bigger story here, here’s the one that will in time come out,” Krauthammer said.  ”The biggest scandal of all, the biggest question is: What was the president doing in those eight hours?”

“He had a routine meeting at five o’clock. He never after, during the eight hours when our guys have their lives in danger, he never called the Secretary of Defense, he never calls the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, he never calls the CIA Director,” Krauthammer continued. “Who does he call? About five hours in he calls the Secretary of State. And after the phone call she releases a statement essentially about the video and how we denounce any intolerance. It looks as if the only phone call was to construct a cover story at a time when the last two Americans who died were still alive and fighting for their lives. There’s the scandal and that has to be uncovered.”

Read up on the suit.

Lilly Ledbetter took two decades to bring the alleged discrimination lawsuit. She admitted this. So when Obama puffs up his chest and claims women were in chains prior to his kingly signature, remember that this Act merely allows each paycheck to serve as a potential and separate act of discrimination — no ambulance chaser abuse there! — extending the statue of limitations.

Repeat: Equal pay for equal work was already federal law before Obama came around. Ledbetter has ZERO effect on this.

By the way, Joe Biden says Lilly Ledbetter act not a big deal for equal pay for women, Mark Levin AGREES! » The Right Scoop -.

Levin: Krauthammer et. al. are wrong. Obama didn’t win

Agreed. Obama completely skirted the Libya issue, and this alone should put him out of office.

Remember, those four Americans are “bumps in the road” according to Barack Obama.

Mark Levin: Picking Condi Rice for VP is bad politics and a bad idea. I agree

  • She’s luke warm on abortion, not for it but not entirely against it
  • She’s for affirmative action
  • She’s for a two-state, Israel-Palestine solution
  • She’s also brilliant, well spoken, immensely talented at the piano. . .and she has Bush written all over her

Those in favor of Condi would most likely point to her skin color and sex as two positives. True conservatives don’t do this.

Romney should look elsewhere.

Obama’s Middle Class ‘Tax Cut’ Would Raise Taxes by $1.3 Trillion Over Eight Years

Where to begin?

Is anyone wondering why it was good and necessary to extend  the so-called Bush tax cuts before, but now it’s not?

Let’s break this POOYA number out, shall we? If we tax the supposed rich by another $1.3T over eight years, the projected “revenue enhancement” is a paltry ~$163,000,000 per year.

Knowing that an increase in taxes will result in less revenue (that’s a historical fact) and with unfunded obligations somewhere near $100T, does this make any sense?

Of course not. We live in Ameritopia.

The Great One, Mark Levin: You Cannot Have This EPA and a Constitution

“You cannot have an EPA and a Constitution at the same time doing what this EPA is doing,” Levin told CNSNews.com.

“You cannot have an NLRB deciding who gets to work where, how, and when, and at the same time follow the Constitution,” he said.

“You cannot have a tax code that serves basically the purpose of redistributing wealth, which is one of the things that Marx was pushing for so strongly, and at the same time be arguing about limited government and constitutionalism,” he said
