Now that we know Obama flat out lied when he said, “If you like your [health insurance] policy, you can keep it.” is the next logical question “If you like your country, you can keep it”?
I know I’m a bit late in this particular indignation, however the name of this sardine “crossover” strikes me as symbolic of the day in which we live, and tragic. Symbolic and tragic because this is what passes as transportation people are told they should buy.
At the risk of being an old fogey, in my day “juke” was not a positive term unless you’re the one being juked.
Definition of JUKE
Folks, we’re being juked into accepting our fate. Manufacturers should be free to build and sell what they want based on consumer preferences, not what the government mandates via regulation and unnecessary high fuel prices.
““The individual mandate violates a cardinal rule of contract law—to be enforceable, all agreements must be voluntary. The Framers understood this, and would never have given the federal government the power to force individuals into lifelong contracts of insurance. The Court should not allow the government to exercise this unprecedented and dangerous power.”
Congratulations, Mr. President. With your recent apology and the subsequent violence and deaths, what do you think your chances are for achieving a lasting peace?
Not to worry, atheists, we believers pray for you. I mean this sincerely.
Good to see this is going well. To the next Republican president, throw down the thunder before this gets out of hand, and we end up with yet another Al Qaeda/Taliban training camp.
